From North/South Jersey or Newark Airport via New Jersey Turnpike
- New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 8A (Jamesburg – Cranbury)
- Follow signs for Cranbury and follow the curve around to the traffic light
- At the light, make a LEFT onto Rt. 535 (South River Road), following signs to Cranbury
- Travel approximately 1.5 miles and immediately after passing the traffic light for Prospect Plains Road, make a RIGHT into the Cedar Brook Corporate Center
- Once in the Cedar Brook Corporate Center, follow Cedarbrook Drive (horseshoe shape) almost to Rte 130 North, 1 Cedar Brook Drive will be on your right, facing Rte 130.
From North Jersey via Route 1
- Route 1 South to Route 130 South
- Travel approximately 10 miles on Route 130 South to Dey Road
- Make a LEFT on Dey Road
- Make the first LEFT into the Cedar Brook Corporate Center, Clarke Drive
- At the end of Clarke Drive, take a left, 1 Cedarbrook Drive will be on your right
- 1 Cedarbrook Drive faces Rt 130
From South Jersey via Route 1
- Route 1 North and make a RIGHT onto Scudders Mill Road East
- Travel approximately 2 miles to Dey Road
- Make a LEFT on Dey Road and travel approximately 4 miles to Route 130
- Cross Route 130 and make the first LEFT into the Cedar Brook Corporate Center, Clarke Drive
- At the end of Clarke Drive, take a left, 1 Cedarbrook Drive will be on your right
- 1 Cedarbrook Drive faces Rt 130
From Philadelphia Airport
- Route 95 North toward New Jersey
- Proceed to Exit 19 for the Walt Whitman Bridge (Route 76 East)
- After crossing the bridge, travel approximately 4 miles to Route 295 North
- Travel on Route 295 North for approximately 30 miles to Interstate 195 East
- Take Interstate 195 East approximately 5 miles to exit 5B – Route 130 North ( New Brunswick)
- Travel on Route 130 North for approximately 11 miles and make a RIGHT onto Dey Road
- Make the first LEFT into the Cedar Brook Corporate Center, Clarke Drive
- At the end of Clarke Drive, take a left, 1 Cedarbrook Drive will be on your right

- Head north from Hightstown Rd.
- Bear right and head toward Washington Rd.
- Bear right at Washington Rd.
- Turn right and head toward Brunswick Pike
- Turn right at Brunswick Pike

- Bear left at Dey Rd.
